About Curl Life Coaching
Most of my adult life, and even in my teens, I was drawn to helping people improve their lives. While supporting people with disabilities or coaching business professionals, I have always felt most productive and in my element doing this work.
This lead to my pursing a BA in Psychology and a Master’s degree in clinical social work, and then training in life coaching. I am currently licensed to provide mental health services, but my practice is limited to life coaching at this time.
Having now been in the Washington, DC area for over 30 years, I have worked in private business, non-profit, and state and federal settings, and understand the different cultures and expectations across these settings.
My wife Bonnie helps children with reading and language problems. We have raised two young men we are very proud of, along with a number of dogs, smaller mammals and birds along the way.
Key interests include music, with guitar and vocals the main focus right now, and I enjoy hiking and photography. I have have coached youth sports and play pick-up basketball and like to find a batting cage every so often.
My personal goal in musical terms, is to play every note on my keyboard.
And I encourage others to try the same.
